1. Data we process
MatjerHub processes the account, merchant, store, product, inventory, order, and support information needed to provide the free merchant workspace, storefront, inventory tools, COD order workflow, and wholesale requests. We do not collect payment card details in this launch scope.
2. How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, isolate tenants, publish stores, reserve inventory, process orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records. The first launch market is Egypt and prices are displayed in EGP unless a store configuration says otherwise.
3. Service providers
Identity, hosting, storage, and operational services may process data on our behalf. Any future carrier, tax, payment, or customs integration will be enabled only after its configuration and contractual requirements are reviewed. The current COD workflow does not claim payment settlement or customs clearance.
4. Access, correction, and deletion
Merchants retain responsibility for the accuracy and lawful use of their catalog and customer data. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact [email protected] from the account email. We may retain records required for security, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations.
