1. The launch service
By creating an account or using MatjerHub, you agree to these terms. The first launch provides a permanent free merchant plan, store and product publishing, inventory management, storefront browsing, COD order capture, and wholesale request workflows.
2. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for accurate product information, prices, stock, legal sales, customer communication, and fulfillment decisions. A COD order recorded in the platform is an order request and does not represent payment collection, escrow, delivery, customs clearance, or tax filing by MatjerHub.
3. Acceptable use and suspension
Do not use the service for unlawful goods, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or misleading listings. We may suspend a membership or store to protect users, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms, and we will record the reason for administrative actions.
4. Support and changes
Contact [email protected] for account, store, order, or privacy help. We will publish material changes to these terms and identify the effective date. Any payment, carrier, customs, or tax service will have additional terms before it is enabled.
